Gentle, playful, and intuitive support for neurodivergent children – where connection comes first.
A unique, soulful, connected approach for children with Autism, ADHD, or PDA to feel truly seen, safe, and supported – just as they are.
The Nature of Me is not a program, it’s a space. A space where your child is free to be exactly who they are — imaginative, sensitive, spirited, shy, wild, wonderful — without pressure to mask or meet expectations that don’t fit them.
Blending playfulness, imagination and intuitive guidance, this rooted connection method creates a safe
relationship where trust, healing, and growth naturally unfold.
This approach is especially suited ,( but not limited to),children navigating:
A recent diagnosis (or suspicion) of Autism, ADHD or PDA
Emotional overwhelm or difficulty regulating
Masking, people-pleasing or explosive behaviour
Disconnection from self, difficulty with transitions, identity uncertainty

With a background in therapeutic forest school leadership, play-based emotional support, NLP and trauma-informed care, i aim to bring warmth, deep intuition and lived experience into every session. I work from the heart — with kindness, creativity and genuine belief in every child’s right to feel safe and celebrated.

we understand how overwhelming and isolating an eating disorder can feel. Whether you’re struggling with restrictive eating, bingeing, purging, or an unhealthy relationship with food and body image, please know that healing is possible—at your own pace, in a safe and supportive space.
Disordered eating is complex in nature. Recovery isn’t just about food—it’s about reclaiming peace, freedom, and trust in yourself. My approach is built on understanding, warmth, and evidence-based therapy that helps to gently shift the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours keeping you stuck in these patterns.
Using Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT), I provide a unique and highly effective approach that allows you to change unhealthy habits, reduce anxiety around food and body image, and regain a sense of control—without having to relive past experiences or talk through painful memories if you’re not ready. This method works at a deep level to help break the cycle of distress and create lasting, positive change.

Walk and Talk
Lets keep it simple:
Sometimes all we need is a cup of tea with a walk and talk. Walking in nature impacts our well-being and ability to understand our selves and the world we are living in.
These sessions are as simple as they sound, offering a nurturing space for mums or female carers to have an hour to talk freely, without judgement. This is a simple, kind way to re-connect to nature and to create a trusted partnership where we will hold space for your healing journey to unfold. Through these walks we can often find a different pathway for your healing journey, or they can simply be a walk and talk with a familiar face, in beautiful natural surrounds
Motherhood can be isolating, it doesn't have to feel this way!!!
