I’m Carly — a holistic therapist, parent and teen coach, and safeguarding advocate. I work with young people, families, and schools to offer calm, trauma-informed support when things feel hard, confusing, or stuck.
At the heart of my work is connection.
I support young people who are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, masking, emotional shutdown, or disconnection — helping them feel safer in themselves, more understood, and more able to cope with the world around them.
Alongside this, I work closely with parents — particularly mums — recognising the vital role you play in your child’s wellbeing. My work is not about telling you what to do or taking over, but about offering support that helps you feel steadier, clearer, and more confident in how you respond.
Whether I’m working 1:1 with a young person, supporting a family, or collaborating with schools, my focus is always the same: a connection-led, kind, and trauma-informed approach that meets young people and families where they are and supports safe, trusting environments for growth.
