No two children are the same, and neither are their healing journeys. That’s why I offer a fully tailored approach to help young people struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional challenges.
Using a unique blend of Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Reiki, each session is carefully designed to meet your child where they are—offering gentle, effective support without pressure or judgment.
We can begin with a walk-and-talk session, a connection session, ( through play, lego play and nature based play for younger children) creating a safe and comfortable space where your child can express themselves in a way that feels right for them. Every step is shaped around their age, personality, and individual needs, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and truly supported.

These sessions can be in person,( just outside Leamington Spa), or they are just as successful online.

Sometimes all we need is a cup of tea with a walk and talk. Walking in nature impacts our well-being and ability to understand our selves and the world we are living in.
These sessions are as simple as they sound, offering a nurturing space for mums or female carers to have an hour to talk freely, without judgement. This is a simple, kind way to re-connect to nature and to create a trusted partnership where we will hold space for your healing journey to unfold. Through these walks we can often find a different pathway for your healing journey, or they can simply be a walk and talk with a familiar face, in beautiful natural surrounds
