Work With Me
Therapeutic support for parents, teens, and families — calm, personalised, and trauma-informed
If you’re here, it’s likely because something feels hard right now — for your child, for your family, or for you.
I offer holistic, trauma-informed therapeutic support for parents and teens, and schools, meeting you exactly where you are and working at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and respectful.
My work is grounded in connection, kindness, and trust — helping families feel steadier, less alone, and more confident moving forward.
Connected Support for Young People, Their Families, and Their Schools

Support for Carers/families
Parents — especially mums — are often carrying far more than anyone realises.
- I offer 1:1 parent and family support to help you:
- Make sense of what’s happening beneath behaviour
- Feel calmer and more regulated in your own nervous system
- Respond with clarity and confidence, rather than overwhelm
- Feel supported, not judged or told what to do
This work is not about “fixing” you or your child — it’s about strengthening you, so you can support your family in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

Therapy for Teens & Parents
I provide therapeutic support for teens and parents experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, emotional shutdown, masking, or ongoing stress.
Sessions are personalised and may gently draw on:
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to explore thought patterns and emotional responses
BWRT (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) to support anxiety and trauma responses where appropriate
Reiki and EFT, which I utilise as part of my healing repertoire to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and emotional safety

Walk and Talk Therapy
For some people, sitting in a room can feel restrictive.
I offer walk and talk therapeutic sessions in nature, which many parents and teens find grounding and easier to engage with. These sessions can support:
- Emotional regulation
- Anxiety and overwhelm
- Reflection and clarity
- A sense of calm and connection
Walk and talk sessions are available by arrangement and discussed during your initial call.
Where Support Takes Place
All support is flexible and shaped around what feels safest and most appropriate for the young person and their family.
Sessions can take place:
At home
In school
In a safe, agreed space of the young person’s choice
Online
Where support involves school, sessions and recommendations can be discussed collaboratively with the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure care is joined-up, sensitive, and aligned with existing safeguarding arrangements.
This approach allows support to be implemented thoughtfully, with the young person’s wellbeing, safety, and dignity always at the centre.
For Schools & Professionals
If you’re a member of school staff looking for whole-child, trauma-informed support, a dedicated schools website is coming soon, ( The Wonder Within).
In the meantime, you’ll find four quick links below to help you explore the support available for education settings.
These are most relevant for:
SENCOs and SEND teams
Pastoral, Safeguarding leads and Heads of Year.
Inclusion, Wellbeing, and Behaviour teams
Senior leaders seeking a whole-school, child-centred approach
My work with schools focuses on supporting young people who are experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, masking, disengagement, or difficulties attending or accessing education — particularly those whose needs may not be fully met through traditional approaches.
I work alongside schools to provide relational, trauma-informed support for students, while also offering guidance and insight for the adults around them.
